Realistic amateur smartphone photo, close view: the exact grey canvas backpack from the first image, standing on a wooden chair in an apartment hallway in soft daylight. Its top zipper is open only a hand's width. Inside the backpack, deep in the dark gap, sits the female android head from the second and third images: through the narrow zipper gap we see only her two eyes, the top of her freckled nose and a thin glint of her transparent skull with copper wiring. The whole head is completely INSIDE the backpack, below the zipper line; nothing sticks out above the backpack, no neck, no stand visible. Her natural human eyes look out curiously, no glow in the eyes. The backpack sides bulge slightly from the round head inside. No people. Natural colors, not cinematic.
