One automation = one topic. For example: “deep-sea creatures and the secrets of ocean trenches”.
This is the “safe first launch”. The panel has many settings, but for a first test reel this set is enough — just match it.
The first-time golden rule: create the automation turned off (the toggle in the panel header — “Off”), do a Test run, watch the reel — and only then enable it.
Open /create/agents/auto-posting and hit “New automation” — a panel slides in on the right. We'll go through it in five meaningful stages.
About others' content. “Reference accounts” is a guide for topic and delivery, not permission to re-upload someone's videos. Don't upload others' clips, music or logos without rights.
Write how you think — Claude understands free-form descriptions. The “Generate prompt” button is optional: it just shows a sample reel in advance.
For the first launch: leave the “Topic from X” toggle off, and don't add image/video/audio references yet.
The price changes live. Higher resolution and longer reel — more credits. Want it cheaper for a test — pick 480p or the Grok engine.
The “Topaz” toggle = extra quality boost, but pricier. For the first test — off.
For the first time — “Plain reel”, no template, no logo. Fewer settings, fewer places to get stuck.
See “No connected accounts”? The network isn't linked yet. Go back to Settings → Integrations.
A test run spends credits on generation, but doesn't publish. Generation usually takes a few minutes — the result appears right in the card.
Done. The channel now runs itself. Want to stop it — the same toggle to “Off”, or “Pause” in the ⋯ menu.
A finished automation is a card in the list. On the left a toggle (on/off), on the right — previews of recent reels and a published counter.
The ⋯ menu on the right: Edit · Run now · Test run · Pause · Delete. Deleting removes the automation, but already-published reels stay on the social networks.
Create it off → do one test → review → enable. Safe and no surprises.
